Flat Booking Deposit
Standard bookings in our coverage areas require a booking deposit (£10.00 for Zone 4 - fully credited towards final bill, or £15.00 for Zone 3) to secure your slot.
No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
If we diagnostically confirm the device is unfixable, the repair is free. Emergency booking call-out fees are exempt once dispatch has occurred.
TfL Congestion Zone
A £15.00 congestion zone fee applies only if the booking address falls inside central London zones during charging hours (Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm). ULEZ is 100% free.
